Thanks to MyTobago

Post by Julian »

Just like to say a big thanks to MyTobago - what a fabulous resource.

I'm returning to Tobago after a long gap - visited as a young lad in 1976 and again in 1982 so will be interesting to compare with how it is now. Back then it was an enchanting paradise and by the sounds of it a lot of that remains.

Anyway a thanks again to Steve and Jill and all the other contributors.

Hi Julian

Welcome aboard and thanks for your kind words. :)

Yes, there have been dramatic changes in the island, over the last 10 years in particular, but once you are away from the ugly sprawl of the south-west of the island, you will feel instantly 'at home', so to speak. The biggest change in the countryside is the improved roads.

Be sure to let us know how you find things.
