Cheap Accomodation for 30 days

Hello to all!!! My name is Robyn and I am flying into Tobago on March 30th 2004 and will be staying until April 20th. I am from Ontario, Canada and am so excited about visiting Tobago!!!
I am hoping someone could give me some ideas about where to stay for a flat rate for a month. I am finding that daily prices are too high and was hoping to get a reasonable deal due to the fact I am on a strict budget. My friend and I are looking for a place together. He will be in Tobago from March 10th - April 15th, so in actuality, we need accomodation from March 15 - April 20th. It would be perfect if we could find a place for a flat rate near the Tobago Plantations (golf course) Hampden Road, Lowlands, West Indies ....as well, as a place on the beach as I plan on doing some diving, swimming and all that good stuff while in Tobago. I don't even know if this lil' wish list is close to possible, but I could really use anyones help or suggestion. Any and all help would be so greatly appreciated!!!!!
