Happy New Year

Post by Paul Tallet »

Yeez ... it can't get worse than 2012 can it?

I am looking forward to 2013 ... 4 weeks in Tobago this year plus a possible extra 3 weeks at the end of the year.

So what's happening?

Who is going for the first time this year?

Who is not going this year?

Will Virgin reinstate their flights at the end of the year?

Will they redecorate the Coco Reef Resort this year?

Will there be a Hurricane?

What about the new Central Heating Business to be launched for new installations in 2013 ... any buyers?

Will Newton George be spotted in a non-rainforest setting?

Is McDonalds opening a new restaurant in Castara?

What about the new Waterslide Park that could be installed in Englishmans Bay?

Ok, well before I get really stupid ... your speculations and comments are welcome here ....

Have a happy new year :)

Happy New Year Paul and to all of my Tobago family!

Thanks for another year of serious weather reports and not-so-serious everything else! :D

New Year's resolution: share beastly cold brews with myTobago friends more often.

Cheers, Hugh 8)

Happy New Year to all,

Flights will be back from November. The route will be served by the new A330-300s via St Lucia on Saturdays. Flight duration 11h05m.

And, likewise from myself and Jill to everyone. We shall be 'on-island' throughout February and March in various locations, so if you spot us, be sure to say hello. :D

Paul, rumours of McDonald's opening a new restaurant in Castara are grossly distorted. My latest info is that it could be either Kentuck Fried Plastic or Vomit King.

We will be back 'in residence' in Castara from mid January and look forward to meeting some fellow contributors face to face! ( and you again Paul!)

Hi Robert

Just an update to your comment re the Virgin service. The winter service will be TWICE a week (Tuesday and Saturday). As you correctly state, it will be via St.Lucia on the outbound journey to Tobago.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the info. To be honest I'm not really impressed by these changes as the last thing I wanna do is spend 11 hours on a plane. It reminds me of the old XL days.
