After a series of disappoints in the search for accommodation in Tobago over a long holiday weekend, Shirma's Apartments and Shirma was truly a welcome find... a home away from home.

Surrounded by vibrant blooms of bougainvilleas, Shirma's Apartments is geared for relaxation. You can sit outside and let nature rejuvenate you with its sights and sounds or just lounge indoors in spacious rooms with comfy furnishings and all the amenities you'll need. We even ventured further outdoors, taking a brisk walk around the neighborhood and then cooling down at the beach. Next time I will need to bring my bike!

Although just a short 3 day stay with my daughter to attend a surprise birthday party for my cousin, Shirma kept a watchful eye on her guests. A lovely host with a beautiful spirit. Just from the communication over the phone, I knew we would be adopting a mom when we got to Tobago. Graciously offering to cook a Sunday meal of crab and dumplings when my daughter indicated her wish to have some before leaving Tobago.

I highly recommend Shirma's Apartments at Bacolet Point to anyone seeking some quiet downtime. You will not be disappointed.
