Marcus as always greeted us warmly and ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible, he even helped us out with advice on places that we wanted to visit during our stay. What was significantly noticeable this time was that the rooms had an added touch of décor that added to the already lovely ambience, each room with its own taste!
I have to thank management for ensuring that all our needs were fulfilled, even when we needed to make additional changes to our booking, you all certainly do have a very professional and understanding way you treat your customers in ensuring that the experience is top notch!
