I stayed with Shirma for a month whilst undertaking my medical elective in Tobago. I could not speak higher of any place. I would recommend other medical students or holiday makers stay at her apartments.

The apartment itself was lovely, and equipped with everything you could need. The location is good, a very short walk to the beach and very easy to get around the island.

Shirma and her family are the most wonderful people. I truely had a tobago mother for a month. Shirma cooked for us, introduced us to local delicacy, informed us of events and activites, looked out for us and above all she was just a lovely and fun person to stay with for a month. Her husband would drive us to the hospital every morning which is such a great add in!

To other medical students: if you are looking for accomodation, dont look anywhere else. We had friends (other students) staying in different places and our set up with shirma was by far the best.

I should also mention that I had a difficult time trying to get to tobago from trinidad as the flights were all fully booked. Shirma kindly sorted out our ferrys and pick up from the port. She is super organised and so reliable.
