Wow wow wow! We cannot recommend SHIRMA enough!
We stayed with Shirma for 6 weeks during our medical elective and it was the best 6 weeks ever. Shirma and Clifford went above and beyond to make our stay the best it possibly could be and made us feel so comfortable and safe. When we arrived Clifford was waiting for us at the airport, he took us to ALL OUR placement everyday, SHOPPING to get groceries each week and then dropped us back at the airport ON THE DAY OF OUR DEPARTURE - all extras really enhanced OUR experience. Shirma was so attentive to all our needs with no problem too big- she helped organise tours, supplied safe taxi drivers numbers, was always there for ANYTHING even if it’s just a chat or gossip ? and every Sunday SHE made the medical students the MOST DELICIOUS Sunday lunch (which is the best food on the island). The accommodation is stunning- so safe, clean and with all the appliances you could possibly need. Shirma and Clifford were our Tobago parents for the few months we were there and genuinely made this experience the best experience of our lives! We will never forget our time in Tobago and the most vital part of that was because of Shirma and Clifford. Thank you both so much for everything you did for us and for being so kind. We will never forget you and will definitely be back in the future TO SEE YOU BOTH .
