I’m off to Tobago soon and been wondering how people manage their food on hikes or when you’re a fair way from any restaurants. Don’t want to lug too much, but also don’t fancy starving halfway through a walk, ya know?
Do you usually pack stuff with you, like freeze dried food, or just grab whatever’s around? Any tips for things that keep well and are easy to sort out without a proper kitchen? I’m all ears for anything, even little hacks or quirky tricks that actually work.
