Sail Boat Hire

I am staying at the Grafton Beach Hotel this summer and I'd like to know where I can hire a dinghy sail boat. Can anyone please let me know some places where I can take one out for a few hours.

Welcome aboard.

The nearest possibility to the Grafton will be Cool Runnings, who operate out of Mt.Irving Beach (opposite the Mt.Irving Hotel & Golf Club). Check out our Sailing article (Menu: Out & About/Activities/Sailing) for more information.

As Steve mentioned, check out Frank at Cool Runnings on Mount Irvine beach - he has Hobie cats (although no dinghies). The only places that I know of that have dinghies are the watersports operators at Rex Turtle Beach and Coco Reef hotels, although I can't tell you whether they will rent them out to 'non-residents' it may be worth a try....
