Hi Coco

As you are staying in Pleasant Prospect, you are only a short walk from Le Grand Courlan Resort & Spa. They have great facilities which are open to the public - subject to availability as guests obviously get priority. I am waiting to get the email address of our 'recommended' masseur. His name is John and he used to be the head masseur at Le Grand Courlan, but now operates privately. During our recent stay at Arnos Vale, he put our entire party of six through his paces and was so successful that two of us had him back for further 'treatment'. He is really, really good. Sadly, I've lost his contact details but will track him down and post the details here. John operates a mobile service, so will come to your hotel/villa/apartment.

OK - His name is John Malcolm. He is currently organising new premises but in the meantime you can contact him via Adventure Eco Villas ([email protected] / Tel: 639-2839). Please email me ([email protected]) if you want a summary of his services and fees which I've just received.
