Does anyone knwo why one can't book the monarch flights on the Monarch website which offers both sched and charter flights but seems not to offer these flights.

Hello Traveller.

The reasons are simple. The Monarch flights to Tobago are not scheduled flights, but charter flights operated by Monarch for Golden Caribbean. Tickets are available directly from Golden Caribbean in the UK (01342-316900) or through your travel agent.
