Best for Island Tours ?

Post by Juliette White »

Hi

I would love to do a full day tour to get a taste of tobago early on in my visit (Dec). I do not enjoy the fast driving off road type tour that seems to be the rage these days but I do not mind a 4x4 open top vehicle.

Does anyone have any recommendations, prices etc., along with how to contact the companies involved. I will be staying in the lowlands area.

you could also try Harris MacDonald, who can be found on Store Bay any day. He also has an email address that he can be contacted at prior to your visit. I will attempt to find it for you.

Thanks for the information I will be following up the leads. Joe, you are not the Joe King of Gardeners QTs (radio 4) are you?

Harris is the man - I went on another island tour when I was there in October and he is such a laugh but also very informative and eager to please.

Have a fantastic time..

Nope I'm afraid not Juliette.

Just a humble accountant in the most fantastic hotel in St Andrews.

When is my name sake on the radio though? I would love to listen in at some stage for the fun!!

I too am a humble accountant. The Joe King on Radio 4 is a producer of the Gardeners Question Time program on sundays, unfortunately you cannot hear him.

Thanks for all your help again
