My first impression (usually the most important!) was formed even before we reached Tobago. Lisa could not have been more helpful during our email exchanges (we needed adjoinig rooms, one double and one single occupancy)and proved just as charming when we arrived, as to be fair did all the staff. We were only there a couple of nights before moving further north but our stay was made very enjoyable by the sheer warmth of the welcome and the interest everyone showed in us getting the most of our time there.
The place? One would have to say it's a little tired but our rooms were perfectly functional and spotlessly clean and the pool perfect to cool off in after a hot day sightseeing. Bonkers restaurant was frequented by visitors and locals alike, providing good food at reasonable prices.
