Direct flights Tobago-Grenada

Dear Steve and Dear All,

I'm writing from Italy and I've just registered in this very interesting forum.
My husband and I are planning a holiday to Tobago and Grenada. I've just discovery these 2 beautiful caribbean islands and we're looking forward to visiting them!

I've visited the LIAT and Caribbean Star Web sites but found no direct flights between Tobago and Grenada. Do you know anything about it?
Are the flights only via Port of Spain or Barbados?

Sorry for the delay, but I wanted to check the situation.

Yes, you are quite correct. None of the local airlines offer direct flights between Tobago (TAB) and Grenada (GND). Your only choice is via Trinidad (POS) or Barbados (BGI).

Dear Steve,

I called British Airways in Rome this morning and they booked a direct flight from Tobago to Grenada on July 3rd with LIAT departing from Tobago at 1120 am and it arrives in Grenada at 1150 am. It is a non stop flight so it seems that there are direct flights

I hope it's not a mistake!

Looks like my information may have been wrong!

I just checked the details you gave me on the Liat site and it confirms what you say. Yes, a direct non-stop flight from Tobago to Grenada. The service appears to utilise a DH8 Prop, whatever that might be. I've checked a week either side and it seems to be a daily service.
