Accommodation for one night -Piarco airport

Hi, we area coming for the first time to Tobago and cannot wait to get there .
Unfortunately we need to stay one night near Piarco airport. Because of early morning flight leaving back to home, we need to spend last day in the Trinidad side.

Do you have any recommendations where to stay and how to spend one day?
We would prefer place with swimming pool where we could just enjoy for the last day and relax. If anyone can recommend any place we would appreciate, as it is really hard to find anything nice from Piarco Airport area with at least decent price. We are group of 3 adults and travelling with a budget.

I have no personal knowledge of hotels near Piarco and its not a question that has come up in the forum for some time. The last mention I can find in the forum is a post in the "Air Travel & Getting To Tobago" forum - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12417. Hopefully one of the two mentioned might suit you.

Hi, we found nice little guesthouse only 3minutes from Piarco airport. Airport Inn offers bed&breakfast accommodation in the old family home. The Airport Inn was built in 1960, a family home, and was rebuilt in 2000. They have free airport shuttles and an outdoor pool. All rooms are outfitted with A/C, television(cable), hot and cold private bath and wifi.

We have now made a booking, and we will find out later how was the place
