We stayed here for a family reunion. As we arrived my niece got cut by the pool. There was blood everywhere. It was hanging by the skin. Had to be xray-Ed to ensure it wasn't severed off. Negligent owners. Advertising a pool unfit for use. We will never return to this place.

When you have stayed since October 2023 and only give a review in May 2024 to MY TOBAGO knowing that your lawyers suggested to you to drop the case is being truly vindictive. You put no name. Your country where you originated the legal procedure is Trinidad & Tobago not the USA. You asked to be fully reimburse and in that way you would avoid a legal procedure. Is that not close to blackmail. Your niece toe did not even require stitches how could it be hanging. You are dishonest in not saying that my agent was present to assist you after the accident . Gave time & care. Your husband was holding your niece in the pool why was he not also injured. My agent telephoned me to explain the situation. I agreed to pay all your medical bills in order to assist. You agreed. What you did not know that you were recorded. Listen people who try to get money under false pretences can be taken in front of the law. Last but not least MY TOBAGO supported your story of lies.
