We stayed at Shirma's for 6 weeks on our medical elective, and she immediately helped us feel at home. The airport pick up, weekly food shops and transport to the hospital were all so helpful. Shirma also offered advice on all things Tobago, helping us to organise excursions and providing contacts of trustworthy taxi drivers, truly caring about our safety and happiness during our stay.
