I stayed at Shirma’s Apartments, just outside of Scarborough, for four weeks during my medical elective, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. Each bedroom had air conditioning and its own private balcony. My room even featured an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet! The living area had a wall mounted smart TV, and the apartment was impeccably cleaned by a professional housekeeper once per week. Our accommodation had everything we needed to feel comfortable and settled. A true home from home.

What made the experience truly special was Shirma herself. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always went out of her way to help. She organised fantastic trips and excursions for us, cooked amazing Sunday meals, and made sure we had everything we needed, from kitchen scales to hairdryers. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Staying at Shirma’s Apartments isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a key part of the elective experience in Tobago. I couldn’t recommend it enough!
