Has anyone got any idea how much it will cost to ring a mobile phone in the UK from Tobago?

It depends upon where you are calling from - a public telephone, a private villa or house, a hotel/guesthouse, from a mobile (local or UK).

Hopefully somebody can answer more accurately than me. I can only tell you that the TSTT (the local telecom company) charge TT$2.00 (about 20p) per minute for daytime calls from domestic telephone lines to UK land lines. Their site doesn't give any rates for mobiles.
