A new find in Castara

I have been a frequent traveler to Tobago since my first trip in 1997. I recently came across “My Tobago” website and have found that it provides so much useful information. The village of Castara is very friendly and low key and I stay there on every trip. During my recent vacation, the owners (Linda and Selvin) invited me to visit Hidden Cottage, a new wooden house within Castara village. Hidden Cottage is in a lovely private location, surrounded by lush vegetation and about 5 min from the beach.
Hidden Cottage offers very comfortable accommodation and promises to be excellent value and a great place to stay. It has many great features including quality fittings and furnishings, wooden floors, air conditioning, hot water supply, satellite TV and optional additional services for modest rates. It can accommodate a larger group (Mot Mot house on the lower level) or an individual/couple (Humming Bird Apartment on the upper level). Each apartment also has its own large private wooden deck. Hidden Cottage is ideal for those looking for something a bit off the beaten track yet is accessible and offers home comforts. Hidden Cottage will make a great place to relax and observe the wonders of nature (I saw parrots, humming birds and butterflies as I lazed around not wanting to leave!). I will definitely want to stay there on my next trip.
