what to do with 48 hours in tobago?

Im on a brief jaunt to tobago next week for 1 or two nights and looking for reccomendations of what to see or who would be a reasonable priced guide.

I will be alone for this time and would like to find a reasonable area to stay in that maybe has - bike hire? - a local walk/ hike through forest inland? - coast to explore?

as for exotic things like turtles and so on - well - this plan is all so last minute i am up for any pointers!
