Hiking and Camping

Are there alot of hiking trails on the island ?

any that run the length of th island ?

I have been looking at maps on the net and I see some trails but I have found not good maps that show all the trails.

I have heard camping on tobago is allowed but I have not been able to find much about where you can camp other than canoe beach. Are there ot erh places it is allowed ?
