Are there any flights between Trinidad/Tobago & Jamaica?

Post by Sophie Tidman »

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there are any direct flights between Trinidad&Tobago
and Jamaica? I would really like to avoid having to fly via Miami if
at all possible, as that's the only option I have been able to come up with!
Any help greatly appreciated :-)

Many thanks,
Sophie

Hi Sophie

Welcome aboard!

BWIA - http://www.bwee.com - do direct flights between both Trinidad or Tobago (I believe) and Kingston, Jamaica. However, I don't think they're non-stop flights. See our Tobago/Getting To Tobago/Air Travel section for further details on regional flights.

Flights between Trinidad & Tobago & Jamaica

Hello Steve,

Many thanks for your reply. BWI do fly between TAB, then on to Port of Spain, Barbados, then onto KIN, which is going to be our best option.

Many thanks for your quick response!

Self-catering accomodation in Tobago

Post by Sophie Tidman »

Hello Steve,

I was wondering if you could advise me of self-catering accommodation in Tobago
and which areas you would recommend? Our budget is around the £500 per week
mark and we would not require a maid service. We would be staying for 7-9 nights. We have never been to Tobago before,
but have been to other Carribean islands. We would be mostly interested in
good snorkelling, boat trips and visiting the cultural/ historical sights of the island.

Any ideas would be really helpful.

Many thanks and best regards,
Sophie

Hi Sophie

The best place to start is in our Accommodation section. There's tons of self-catering accommodation to choose from and if you select the "1st choice" button you will see all the accommodation that we have personally reviewed and recommend. Each of these properties has a detailed full review and lots of photos to help you decide if it seems like your sort of place.

Snorkelling, boat trips and tours are available wherever you stay on the island, so you simply need to read more of our articles and decide whether you want to be in the flatter but busier south-west of the island, or head up-country to one of the fishing villages.
