Horse Riding - Friendship Stables

Went for a ride/trek with Friendship stables in Dec 2006. We are very novice and they were very good with us. Lovely ride through varied terrain, down to the beach, through the shallows and back through some swampy terrain. All very nice and good value.

Only one slight problem, that the horse I was on decide to have a roll in the sand after coming out of the sea. Fortunately I was able to jump clear with getting caught under the horse, and no harm was done. The horses were otherwise placid and well behaved. Just one of those things to beware of doing these things.

Paul,

Nice to hear your comments about Friendship Stables. I just sent my booking request yesterday for later this month :D . Yes, you got be careful with horses... they usually come up with the most unexpected things. Nice to hear that hasn't changed :wink: .
