atm info

coming over in december,cant wait.can anyone tell me if there is an atm in charlotteville?and if not where would be the nearest.

Waynr,I believe there is one in C'ville but don't rely on it too much.As C'ville is in the "backwoods" it is frequently empty for days (like the fuel station)!

Yes, as David says there is (or at least was) an ATM just outside of the imigration office in C-ville. When they put it in a couple of years ago it was out of order most of the time. This last Jan. - April people had pretty good luck with it. I now do my banking in Scarborough so I have no first hand recent experience with the ATM. If you are renting a car or take a bus to Scarborough and you will find ATM's.

I tried the ATM at he airport by the car park one year and it ate my card.

Someone else will have to answer this, but didn't they put an ATM in Roxborough on the ocean side of the road about midtown? If so this would be the nearest unless there is a new one in Speyside.

Phil's right. There's an ATM in Roxborough, right hand side as you're going up, left hand side coming back down again!!
