We spent 7 amazing nights in the Palm Corner unit and loved every second. The inside of the room had everything we needed to enjoy stay, most notably a fully functional kitchen which allowed us to cook the majority of our own meals and eat them on the porch overlooking Heavenly Bay. Porridge took care of all our needs and was a great resource for the entire time we spent in Tobago. He let us use his car for the 2 weeks we were there (even the time we spent in Speyside), and took us out on his boat to a few of the secluded bays and beaches along to the north coast.

The Beach House's location in Heavenly Bay is the main attraction. The beach was uncrowded and used equally by tourists and locals. Every afternoon a group of local men came to the beach to play pick up soccer games while their younger siblings and friends fished off the rocks. The Boathouse restaurant next door is a great place for dinner and drinks, and on Wednesday nights there is a steel drum performance. For anyone interested in having great snorkeling right off the back porch, Heavenly Bay is perfect. We consistently saw french angelfish, small morays, blennies, gobies, lettuce sea slugs, surgeon fish, and reef squid. In addition, a large roughtail stingray came by to visit the bay in the late afternoons. For those scared of them, don't worry, you had to swim a good 50 or 60 feet from the shore to catch a glimpse.

To sum up, we can't recommend the Beach House strongly enough. We got engaged there on our second night, and there couldn't have been a more perfect setting for that moment. We definitely look forward to returning.
