Carnival 2010

Hi!
My husband and I are going to Tobago, Carnbee, again in February', for 3 weeksl! We are looking forward to carnival ofcourse!!
We would like to know the do's and don'ts for Carnival , tips for where to party best etc. etc. ! Looking forward to your answers!!!

Tamara,just take the uaual precautions regarding cash and jewelry.The place for liming at Carnival used to be Tino's now undergoing refurbishment.The main place will be The Dock Cite bar and club halfway down the Esplanade.

Tamara,

i could tell you, if you want to experience "d' real t'ing", you must come to Trinidad.
However, the list of "Do's" and "Don't's" would be much longer and i don't really want to get too much into that here.
The place in Scarborough David mentioned is not the very safest ones either, but if you stay away from
people who are obviously heavily intoxicated and behave agressivly, you should be fine and enjoy the lime
to the fullest.

It's our second time in Tobago, first time was 2005 (we got married in Tobago!), we fell in love with Tobago and now we're going back for our fifth wedding anniversary!
And Andy, also thanks...but...I'm sure we won't visit Trinidad...who wants to go to Trinidad when you can visit Tobago
