Buying house/land?

Hi

I am looking to buy a house or land in Tobago, can anyone recommend any real estate agents, some of the websites offering property seem to aim at foreign investment and have inflated prices?

I hold a Trinidad passport but live in UK at present.

I am afraid that Tobago property prices are high for all buyers regardless of nationality - Trinis don't get it cheaper than others.

Still, it is considerably cheaper than other islands eg Barbados, and probably most of europe now - some affordable plots in an upscale gated community development are newly for sale in my road (5 mins walk from Tobago's first ever out of town all singing and dancing shopping/entertainment mall - on the highway at Lowlands and now under construction).
