Kia's Across from the Beach is exactly that. It was a pleasure to walk to the beach each morning and have breakfast and lunch. We had the first floor kitchenette. Very clean but truly disappointed in the sleeping accommodations. The bed was too soft and really for one person. My husband and I were also disappointed in the pillows. I think I will send Kia some pillows. Also we had to purchase mosquito coils down the street. Overall I would recommend this property and I will return again.
