Does anyone know where i can go for lessons, or who to contact?

Welcome aboard! :D

Both of Tobago's golf courses have professionals who offer lessons, I believe. So, the first step would be to contact them. See the relevant articles in menu: Out & About > Activities / Things To Do > Golf for contact information for both clubs. As far as I know, there are no other sources for golf lessons on the island.
