What does the term "fully loaded" mean - I have obtained varies quotes for both Trinidad & Tobago, which use what I presume is a US term.

Also, any reports on Econocar, which I believe operate on both Islands.

"Fully loaded" is indeed an americanism which has in recent years crossed the atlantic and can now be seen in many UK used/new car sales ads. Basically it means "stuffed full of toys", eg all electric pack, air cond etc etc. I suppose a "fully unloaded" car would be a very basic car with wind up windows and no a/c, for comparison.

No idea about Econocar. Singhs is a well known firm/chain in Trinidad which my old man used once and said was very good.
