This tranquil villa is situated on the south western side of the island, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Mt. Irvine Bay's 18-hole Golf Course, with Buccoo Reef visible in the distance. It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac; it's a 4 minute walk to the pro shop, then 2 minutes down to Grange Beach (aka "The Wall), on to the hotel side of Mt. Irvine. All this just a stroll away.
A spacious and very scenic property consisting of four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms (en suite and shared bathrooms), a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living and dining area, with spacious open terrace to accentuate Luciana’s panoramic land and sea views.
Even this villa’s swimming pool and heated jacuzzi get served with style. Pool-side enjoyment greatly maximized by owners having thought of everything down to an add-on room for wet lounging, with second kitchen and generous BBQ grill making extended hours of outdoor relaxation possible. Without a doubt, "Luciana" is a truly rejuvenating experience for resident guests of all ages.
A thoughtfully-landscaped garden surrounds the villa with a variety of horticultural flowering plants, orchids and fruit trees. The neighboring natural forest and river-bed provide a protected ecosystem for many of Tobago’s indigenous birds, making the location ideal for bird watchers. Or anyone able to slow down. Catch up with the sun. Before it's gone in a green flash, too easily missed when ‘going’ is more life's order.
