Villa BuenaVista is a lovely 4-bedroom bungalow with swimming pool, in a quiet residential cul-de-sac that enjoys a panoramic view over Mount Irvine and Back Bay beaches.
Located in Pleasant Prospect, this property is within walking distance to many of the area golden sand beaches – 3 minutes to Stonehaven Beach, 5 minutes to Back Bay Beach and 10 minutes to Mount Irving Beach (where snorkeling and scuba diving is available); various shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and the prestigious 18-hole Championship Mount Irvine Golf Course.
Villa BuenaVista is a well maintained property that is tastefully decorated and furnished with all modern conveniences – including air-conditioned bedrooms. This vacation villa is available for rental to provide a wonderful home-from-home for families and parties of up to ten visitors.

I believe Buena Vista with a few minor adjustments can certainly warrant a (4) or even a (5). I enjoyed by stay, the Villa have a beautiful panoramic view. There are a few issues that need to be address, (1) the plumbing in the middle bath room as a matter of urgency which really minor but can be address easily and (2) a TV in the master bed room, maybe a swap with a larger one in the Living room. But I will surely recommend the Villa and Rain's
