Located in the Lowlands area. This holiday Villa provides three (3) air condition bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. The living accommodation is very spacious, comfortable and fully furnished in a style of a family home. Villa Sands is a two story design on approximately 6000 sq ft of land. There is ample space inside and outside that children can play and have fun while the adults can just sit in either the large patio or the upstairs open air veranda and do nothing all day…… JUST RELAX! Sands is next to the championship golf course of the Tobago Plantations, just a stone's throw away from the Gulf City Lowlands Mall and is also 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Within 10 minutes of driving guests can either be at the airport, historic Fort King George, the famous Pigeon Point and Store Bay beaches. We would be happy to share Sands Family Holiday Villa with you, your family and friends.

Pros- spacious house and yard Nice size pool
good amount of wears
Cons- We were unable to use the pool for 3 days out of 6 days because there was a leak in the pool that caused the filter not to come on because the water level dropped to low.
internet was very slow even tho no one was using their phone or laptop. it was a real struggle to try and watch anything on Netflix
Bottom part of the Fridge was not working. This caused spoilage of some of our stuff
No Tv in any of the bedrooms
stereo not working
customer service was very impersonal. you only deal with a voice on the phone, an account # , a welcome and departure tex message and the housekeeper.
no everyday house keeping only when u check in and out you see the housekeeper.
Security deposit- after 7 days the cheque bounced and after that was only excuses until notifying fraud squad was mentioned.finally we got it back after 17 days
we stayed in other better maintained, luxurious villas in tobago and no security deposit was needed, a housekeeper came everyday, a pool man came every day to check the pool and Jacuzzi and a manger was there to welcome us and take care of any issue immediately.
We were disappointed with our stay at Villa Sands and when it took so long for us to get back our security deposit that was the breaking point for us about never going back there. However we made the best of our vacation outside of the villa enjoying all that beautiful Tobago had to offer.

Truly a remarkable and stunning villa. Would recommend for family/friends. And Sangeeta & David were extremely helpful and friendly. The villa was well worth the price, not too far from amenities either. Can't wait to return!
