family activities

Post by Ann Kerr »

We are going to Tobago for 2 weeks in March. We are a family of 6 including children of 13 / 10 / 5 & 18 months.
Can anyone suggest appropriate sightseeing trips & activities?
We have hired a car for 7 days, so suggested expeditions would be appreciated.

HA HA HA HA HA

Don't worry ... I have 3 kids ... 16 .. 14 .. 11 ... so I am not scared of you !!!

Got enough on my plate and I hope to be there at the same time as you.

I just wanted to know where you are so I could have been of more help because it looks like you will be without transport for a week and I or anyone else in the forum would find it hard to help you find things to do locally if we do not know where you are.

As for places to go while you have your car ... just search the myTobago site ... there is tonnes to do.

For security reasons you need not give your address ... just an indication of the area you will be in.

Sorry if I gave the wrong impression

Hi Ann,
With a car during a week you will be able to see every part of the island and return where you like the best. With our kids (12 and 10) we often used to have a break at First Historical Cafe, being one of the few stops along the Atlantic coast to the north (and back). Have a drink, take something simple to eat enjoy magnificent views and learn a little local history.
