travel adaptors
Have been looking for a travel adaptor to take with us, not sure which one, they seem to be Europe or North America, far East, Would a 2 prong be ok which they advertise for North America?
Also will my hair dryer work at normal power with just a adaptor or will i need a convertor as well?
Am staying in a villa not hotel just in case this makes a difference!!!!!

If your hairdryer doesn't have a switch for the different power, leave it home. it will only blow half speed, you hair dryes faster when you step out on you balcony.....

Hi Mandy,
If you feel you must have a hairdryer pick up a dual voltage travel one at the airport on your way out most airport duty free shops have them.
My wife took our UK 240v one on our first trip the best description I can give is imagine a puppy breathing on the back of your neck!!.
Regards
Kevin

That's an interesting one.
I'm astonished that you're having difficulty and can't for the life of me think where I got the half-dozen that I have kicking around. I thought they were everywhere. Try any store selling travel goods. Shops selling luggage. Dixons and other electrical stores.
If all else fails, you will get them from several stores at the airport after you've checked in.
