Firstly am I posting in the right forum ??
Have read all posts with interest, and despite this have decided to go ahead and book a holiday our first holiday to Tobago at the Grafton, Also a double plunge so to speak and have booked a wedding at this resort all due to take place in early Dec 2003.
My opinion of previous gripes is that any hotel can have a bad period in its life, and some tend to get to the core of the problem quickly and others seem to bumble along until things get too bad, then they loose face and ultimately custom. My personal opinion is that the problem of food was dealt with quickly and to the credit of the hotel.
From a posting by the trinidadian fellow (apologies forgot your name) and by steve it appears that the hotel is a formidable site now with minor tweeks needed to make it excellent.
Does anyone know what we can expect from a wedding there or has no-one on this site witnessed or had a wedding at the Grafton.
As for the rest I will draw my own conclusions on arrival and whilst staying there, I am easy to please and do not go on holiday with the British disease of looking for faults to complain about, and send to "Holidays from Hell". If the food isn't right I'll leave it and try something else, the advantage of the buffet is that there is always something for every taste.
